What You Can Report

• Technical issues – Can’t log in, pages not loading, buttons not working, errors during checkout, etc.
• Booking & payment issues – Double charges, incorrect amounts, receipt issues, or booking conflicts.
• Content or behavior – Harassment, hate speech, unsafe behavior, suspicious accounts, or anything that violates our Community Guidelines.
• Privacy & safety concerns – Someone sharing your personal information or content without consent.

How We Handle Reports

• We review every report as quickly as we can.
• For safety / abuse reports, we may limit or remove content, warn users, or suspend accounts if needed.
• For billing issues, we’ll work with you and the vendor to understand what happened and resolve it where possible.
