Terms of Service Effective Date: January 7, 2026Last Updated: January 7, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EverythingDid’s website(s), mobile application(s), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Reytech LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“EverythingDid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. 1. Definitions “Customer” means a user who browses, books, purchases, or receives services from a Vendor through the Platform. “Vendor” means an independent third-party beauty professional or business offering services and/or products through the Platform (including hair stylists, braiders, barbers, nail techs, makeup artists, estheticians, lash techs, etc.). “Services” means any services provided by Vendors (including in-person and mobile/in-home services) and any related goods/products offered by Vendors. “Booking” means a reservation or appointment arranged between a Customer and Vendor through the Platform. “Content” means text, photos, videos, reviews, messages, listings, and other materials displayed on or submitted through the Platform. 2. The Platform Is a Marketplace; Vendors Provide the Services EverythingDid is a marketplace platform that connects Customers with independent Vendors. Vendors are third parties and are solely responsible for the Services they provide, including quality, pricing, sanitation, safety, legality, licensing, insurance, and customer experience. EVERYTHINGDID DOES NOT PROVIDE BEAUTY OR PERSONAL CARE SERVICES. We do not employ Vendors, do not supervise or control how Vendors perform Services, and do not guarantee outcomes. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Platform, or use it under a parent/legal guardian where permitted by law and our policies. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 4. Accounts, Security, and Accurate Information You may need an account to use features of the Platform. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information Maintain the security of your login credentials Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 5. Vendor Listings, Pricing, Availability, and Policies Vendor profiles, pricing, availability, service descriptions, and policies are provided by Vendors and may change at any time. We do not guarantee listings are accurate, complete, or up to date. Vendors may set and enforce their own policies (e.g., deposits, cancellation windows, rescheduling rules, lateness/no-show fees, and service requirements), which may be displayed on the Platform or communicated by the Vendor. 6. Bookings; Customer–Vendor Relationship When you request or confirm a Booking, you are entering into a direct arrangement with the Vendor. The Vendor is solely responsible for: Performing Services Communicating service expectations and instructions Handling safety and sanitation Complying with all applicable laws, licensing rules, and regulations Customers agree to comply with Vendor instructions that are reasonable and necessary to perform the Services. 7. Payments, Fees, and Stripe Processing (Marketplace Payouts) 7.1 Payment Processing Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe (“Payment Processor”). By making or receiving payments through the Platform, you also agree to the Payment Processor’s terms and policies. 7.2 Marketplace Structure Customers may pay through the Platform, and Vendors may receive payouts through marketplace payout tools (e.g., Stripe Connect). EverythingDid facilitates payment collection and payout, but does not provide the Services. 7.3 Authorization; Holds When you submit payment information, you authorize the Platform and Payment Processor to charge your payment method for applicable amounts, including service price, applicable taxes, Platform fees, deposits, cancellation/no-show fees, and other amounts disclosed at checkout or per Vendor policy. Your payment method may be subject to pre-authorization or holds. 7.4 Platform Fees EverythingDid may charge service fees, booking fees, processing fees, subscription fees, or other fees, which will be disclosed prior to completion of any transaction where required. 7.5 Taxes Vendors are generally responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes related to their Services unless we explicitly state otherwise. Customers may be responsible for taxes depending on jurisdiction and law. 7.6 Off-Platform Payments Prohibited You agree not to circumvent the Platform by paying or receiving payment off-platform for Services discovered through EverythingDid, unless permitted in writing by EverythingDid. Circumvention may result in suspension or termination. 8. Cancellations, No-Shows, Refunds, and Disputes Platform Role EverythingDid is a marketplace platform and does not provide services. All services are provided by independent Vendors. Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and service outcomes are primarily governed by Vendor policies. EverythingDid does not guarantee refunds, satisfaction, or outcomes. Vendor Policies Control Each Vendor may set their own: Cancellation windows Rescheduling rules Deposit requirements No-show and late-arrival fees Vendor policies are displayed on the Platform and/or at checkout and apply to your Booking. By booking a service, you agree to the Vendor’s policies. Customer Cancellations Cancellations made within a Vendor’s allowed cancellation window may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on Vendor policy. Cancellations made outside the allowed window may result in partial refunds or no refund. Deposits are typically non-refundable, unless the Vendor states otherwise. No-Shows and Late Arrivals Failure to arrive on time may be considered a no-show. No-shows are generally non-refundable. Vendors may refuse service due to late arrival while retaining applicable fees. EverythingDid does not override Vendor no-show or lateness policies. Vendor Cancellations If a Vendor cancels a confirmed Booking: The Customer may be eligible for a full refund, or The Customer may choose to reschedule, subject to Vendor availability. Repeated Vendor cancellations may result in account penalties or removal. Service Dissatisfaction Because services are performed in person by independent Vendors: Results may vary Personal preference or dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for a refund Customers are encouraged to communicate concerns directly with the Vendor during the appointment when possible EverythingDid does not guarantee service satisfaction. Health, Allergies, and Aftercare Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. Refunds are not guaranteed for: Allergic reactions Sensitivity or adverse reactions Issues resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions Platform Assistance (No Guarantee) EverythingDid may assist with communication or dispute facilitation but does not act as an arbitrator, insurer, or guarantor. Providing documentation does not guarantee a refund. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through the Platform or Vendor may result in account suspension or termination and responsibility for related fees. 9. In-Home / Mobile Appointments: Special Safety & Risk Terms Some Vendors offer Services at a Customer’s home, hotel, event venue, or other location. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN-HOME/MOBILE SERVICES INCREASE PERSONAL SAFETY RISKS. Customers and Vendors agree: Meet in well-lit, safe environments where possible Do not permit unsafe conditions End the appointment immediately if anyone feels unsafe Call emergency services if needed Follow applicable laws and respect boundaries at all times EverythingDid is not responsible for conditions at the appointment location, interactions between parties, or any acts or omissions occurring during or outside the Service. 10. Safety Policy; Zero Tolerance; Reporting 10.1 Zero Tolerance EverythingDid maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate, threats, violence, sexual misconduct, exploitation, discrimination, stalking, illegal behavior, or any conduct that puts others at risk. 10.2 Reporting Safety Issues If you feel in danger, call 911 (or local emergency services) immediately. You may also report issues to EverythingDid at [SAFETY EMAIL]. 10.3 Enforcement Actions We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts based on reports, safety concerns, policy violations, suspected fraud, or other reasons, in our discretion. We may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. We do not provide emergency services and are not responsible for responding in real time. 11. Vendor Verification and Badges (Limited Scope) EverythingDid may offer optional or required verification steps (e.g., identity checks, document collection, license info, insurance documents, background screening, or “verified” badges). Any verification is limited in scope and: does not guarantee a Vendor is safe, licensed, insured, or suitable, and does not eliminate risks of in-person services. Customers must use their own judgment and take appropriate safety precautions. 12. User Content, Reviews, and Messaging 12.1 Your Content and License You retain ownership of Content you submit, but you grant EverythingDid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify (for formatting and Platform operations) such Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform. 12.2 Review Rules Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experience. You may not post: False, misleading, or defamatory statements Hate speech, threats, harassment, or explicit illegal content Personal data such as addresses, phone numbers, IDs Content that violates law or others’ rights We may remove Content at any time in our discretion. 13. Prohibited Uses You agree not to: Use the Platform for illegal purposes Misrepresent identity, credentials, licenses, or insurance Engage in fraud, scams, or payment circumvention Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse others Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform Upload malware or harmful code Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights 14. Intellectual Property The Platform and all associated trademarks, logos, designs, software, and materials (excluding user-submitted Content) are owned by Reytech LLC / EverythingDid or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. 15. Third-Party Services and Links The Platform may include third-party links or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. 16. Disclaimers THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverythingDid disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: Vendors will perform Services satisfactorily Services will be safe, legal, licensed, or sanitary The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Any content is accurate or reliable VENDORS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SERVICES. 17. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverythingDid (Reytech LLC) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or related to: Vendor Services or products In-person incidents (including harassment, assault, or criminal acts) Allergic reactions, injuries, infections, or dissatisfaction Disputes between Customers and Vendors Platform outages, errors, or security incidents Unauthorized access to accounts To the extent liability cannot be excluded, EverythingDid’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the total Platform fees you paid to EverythingDid in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits may not apply to you. 18. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EverythingDid, Reytech LLC, and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: Your use of the Platform Your Content Your violation of these Terms Your interactions with other users Your provision or receipt of Services (including in-person incidents) 19. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). 19.3 No Class Actions You and EverythingDid agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. 19.4 Exceptions Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access/security issues. 20. Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If arbitration does not apply, exclusive venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], North Carolina, and you consent to jurisdiction there. 21. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, safety concerns, policy violations, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law (e.g., via the Platform).
