Vendors Payouts

This page explains how you earn money on EverythingDid, how payouts work, and what to expect around refunds and fees. We keep it light, but it’s still important — please read this before you start taking bookings or orders.

Commissions & Platform fees

To keep EverythingDid running, secure, and bringing new clients your way, we charge a small commission on every completed booking and product order

  • You receive 95% of the order total (excluding tips).
  • EverythingDid keeps 5% as a platform fee.
  • The fee applies to both services (bookings) and products sold through the site.
  • Our fee is automatically deducted — you don’t have to send payments manually.

If we ever need to change the platform fee, we’ll update this page and give vendors advance notice by email or dashboard notification.

Payouts & Withdrawal Schedule

You’ll see your earnings inside your vendor dashboard. Payouts are sent once orders are complete and outside any refund window.

  • Payouts are processed every Monday for eligible earnings.
  • Orders must be marked Completed before they’re included in a payout.
  • If an order is still Processing, On Hold, or in dispute, those earnings will be held until the status is resolved.
  • You’re responsible for making sure your payout details (bank, Stripe, or PayPal info) are correct and up to date.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

We want things to be fair for both you and your clients. Here’s how refunds and cancellations generally work on EverythingDid:

  • Customers can request a refund through the site; refunds are never auto-approved and are reviewed by the platform.
  • If a refund is approved, the refunded amount is deducted from your earnings for that order.
  • We encourage each vendor to clearly list their own policies for deposits, late arrivals, and no-shows on their store page.
  • In cases of chargebacks or payment disputes from the customer’s bank, the disputed amount (and any related fees) may be deducted from your balance if the dispute is resolved against you.

Taxes & Your Responsibilities

EverythingDid is a marketplace. You run your own mini-business here, which means you’re responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.

  • You’re responsible for reporting your income and paying any local, state, or federal taxes that apply to you.
  • Make sure your business information is accurate (name, contact info, and any registration numbers).
  • If you’re required to collect sales tax on certain products or services, it’s your responsibility to configure and manage that correctly in your store.
